Working Together

The Transition Project is one of the University of Southampton education and student experience strategic developments led by Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education), Professor Alex Neill.

The Education and the Student Experience. The Sharepoint site presents information about the current developments, projects and networks in education and the student experience at the University of Southampton. The site also provides details of the committees and groups that have been established in this area, and explains the work they are doing (members of staff are required to log-in).

The Curriculum Innovation Programme (CIP) has developped a broad-based educational experience that enable our students to exercise choice and to personalise their learning.

The Graduate Attributes Group has developed a framework of distinctively 'Southampton' graduate attributes equipping graduates to lead society in an uncertain and changing future landscape.

Themes, Pathways and the First Year Group is exploring the benefits and potential issues of allowing students to study outside their discipline.

Assessment and Feedback Group is looking at improving our performance and developing innovative ways of providing assessment and feedback across the institution.
