Improving communications with students in Halls of Residence

You Said: Improve your communication and give us updates from Residential Services in relation to maintenance and door codes changing.
We Did: We have set up an active Facebook page to directly communicate with a large volume of residents and keep students up to date as things happen. The page includes important messages about maintenance and door code changes but loads more useful information as well.
We have also set up direct email options for our residents and email you directly to inform you of key maintenance issues and door code changes.
