Helping students find the right person to speak with sooner

You Said: I waited a long time to see an advisor, and when I did I was sent to another department.

We Did: We have given the Atrium a make over to make it more user friendly for students. We have added a new sign at the enterance to explain where you need to go for different kinds of queries, and have floor stickers that will take you to where you need to be.

We have also added queue busters to the Atrium during busy times to try and make sure students aren’t waiting a long time to see an advisor.
