Ensuring all available staff members are helping students

You Said: There are often 4 or 5 members of staff at the front desk, but not all of them are serving students, this means I have to wait a long time for help.

 

We Did: We understand this can be frustrating for students and so, where possible, the Student Advisory Team will complete tasks away from the front desk. This means the advisors you can see are the advisors who are available to help you.
