Winner: Oliver Robinson

Oliver is a member Hampshire Scout Expeditions (HSX), a Hampshire-based County Scout Group dedicated to the training and development of young scouts in Hampshire aged between 14 and 18.

Between August and October 2013, Oliver gained valuable experience as a leader of a six-week expedition to Nepal. He led a group of 11 young adults in the Everest Region of the Himalayas.

The experience helped him solve problems and make decisions to ensure the safety and welfare of the team.  The team also completed a two-week community at the Khumjung Secondary School for Sherpa children.
