A student currently reading for a masters in environmental science is focusing their dissertation on the question “How will an ageing population impact UK waste management?” The data collected will be used to make recommendations for a cost-effective, environmentally sound waste management programme suited to an ageing population.

At present the student is looking for participants aged 65 and over to attend a short (30 minute) focus group which will explore how attitudes to waste management change as we age by answering a few short questions.
