A key strategic project for the University, The Reward Project, was initiated in 2010 and is on-going.
To date, the project has introduced a refreshed appraisal process and career pathways for all academic staff. The outcomes of the project have, and will, benefit research staff in significant ways, including clarification of and transparency in the following areas:
