The Concordat Advisory Group (CAG) is an interim body serving the interests of research staff and whilst the Equality Charters Programme Board governance structure and attending processes are clarified.

The CAG oversees the implementation of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers in the University and replaced the Career Development of Researchers Working Group (CDR WG) in 2019.

The group is chaired by Professor George Attard, Professor of Chemical Sciences and Pro-Vice Chancellor Interdisciplinary Research. George represents CAG on the Equality Charters Programme Board and the Research and Enterprise Executive Group.
