Mr Daniel Hobson is a Graphic Arts Teaching Fellow within Winchester School of Art at the University of Southampton.
Daniel Hobson has been dedicated to teaching Graphic Arts at UG level for more than five years. Having taught the three preceding years in an international context for the University of Southampton in Dalian, China. Daniel has gained experience supporting international students and developing empathetic teaching methodologies that encourage creativity, diversity and peer collaboration. Within his latest role at the University of Southampton Winchester school of Art he has continued to use this valuable international experience to explore teaching methodologies that support and encourage international students creative thinking.
Having an explicit understanding of teaching at an international level (Dalian, China) has provided many opportunities to develop practice that incorporates both industry and self-initiated projects.
