Fashion & Textile Festival 9-11 July 2013
Winchester School of Art, one of the UK's leading centres for art and design is pleased to host a Festival of Fashion and Textile Design between 9-11 July. This special three day event will celebrate and share the achievements of our students, staff and alumni.
The festival will include a variety of hands-on workshops aimed at pre-degree students seeking practical experiences within a creative space. Exhibitions spanning fashion photography, fashion illustration, textile design and fashion marketing will all be open and free to visitors.
A student-led trend presentation on 11 July precedes a special talk by Roger Saul, founder of Mulberry and creative entrepreneur who will be joining us for an informative and entertaining Q&A session.
Two professionally produced fashion shows featuring the very best work from the School's graduating students and international University partners will culminate in a dazzling Gala Fashion Show and Awards presentation with Roger Saul on 11 July, followed by a sparkling reception with entertainment.
