WSA Course voted in Top Five for Game Design and Development

WSA are delighted that the undergraduate course in Games Design and Art has been voted in the Top Five Best UK university courses for game design and development by Alphr magazine.

Alphr is a web-based magazine covering all that is best in technology and sharing useful information with their readers. 

In a recent article they have listed our course in their five best options for those who wish to study Games Design.

They add that "...there’s one big difference that separates it from the other courses in this list – the “art” element of the degree title. This means Southampton offers a crossover with the graphic arts, fine art and fashion and textile design courses at the art school. This unique selling point may appeal to those of a more artistic bent.
