New Larger WSA Shuttle Bus

Published: 18 September 2017

WSA is pleased to announce an upgrade of the Shuttle Bus to a full 44-seater bus.

The service is available for WSA students to make supplementary ad-hoc journeys between the Highfield campus, Southampton, and the Winchester campus, helping WSA students make the most of everything that Southampton has to offer.

 The shuttlebus is just one aspect in a range of subsidised transport options and facilities available to WSA students, the details of which can be found at: https://www.southampton.ac.uk/wsa/about/wsa-transport.page

For 2017-18, the service will commence on Monday 18th September 2017 and run Monday to Friday 08:00-23:00 during term-time. The new 44-seat bus will operate an hourly service between Winchester and Southampton, and also stop at Erasmus Park/Riverside Way halls of residence in the evening. The bus will pick-up/drop/off at the following locations;

Southampton – the Highfield Bus Interchange, off University Road, Southampton

Winchester (WSA) – the bus-stop on North Walls, Winchester, opposite Upper Brook Street (Down the road, turn right!)

Winchester (Erasmus Park-evenings only) – Easton Lane, Winchester, just past the entrance to Erasmus Park and opposite Jewsons

The service will operate to the following schedule, but please note the times are approximate.
