Cultural Politics is an international, refereed journal and book series (Duke University Press) that explores the global character and effects of contemporary culture and politics and is edited by the  Winchester School of Art's Ryan Bishop and John Armitage along with Douglas Kellner from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Cultural Politics is edited by Professors John Armitage and Ryan Bishop, with Professor Douglas Kellner of UCLA.

It is an international, refereed journal that explores the global character and effects of contemporary culture and politics. The journal publishes work that analyses the linkages between cultural identities, agencies and actors, political issues and conflicts, and global media. Exploring precisely what is cultural about politics and what is political about culture, Cultural Politics publishes articles from different political, cultural, methodological, and geographical positions

Cultural Politics enjoys the support of an international editorial board and an editorial advisory board comprised of leading scholars in the field of cultural politics.

Such scholars include Tom Conley and Chua Beng Huat, Kevin Robins, Paul Virilio, Zygmunt Bauman, Mike Gane, James Der Derian, Donna J Haraway, David Lyon, Achille Mbembe, Elspeth Probyn, Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak, Nigel Thrift, Robert J C Young and Slavoj Zizek
