iPhD Web Science Student completes a two week work placement at the Houses of Parliament

Jack Webster , who is in the final year of his Web Science PhD took some time off recently to do a two week placement with the user research team at the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS). His research looks into how music taste and consumption are shaped by music streaming and how companies use digital data to 'curate' our consumption experiences.
