The Web Science Institute will be holding an informal lunch on 22 January 2015.
In this informal WSI lunch Professor Mike Wald from ECS and his team will discuss work on a WSI Research Collaboration Stimulus Fund Project focused around "Synote". This suite of tools supports remixing, annotating, transcription and interlinking of video footage, and integration with a range of linked data, including social media information. They will present the variety of Synote implications, what are seen as potential use cases, and the plans for implementing some of these in the coming semester. Ideas for enhancement and implementation are welcome, and input from anyone with an interest in video and eLearning. Reserve your place here.
