The WSI are hosting an event on Friday 14th October at the University of Southampton.
The Web Science Institute (WSI) is two years old and we have grown a big University-wide network of people doing research and education about the Web. A recent study noted that 88% of people prefer face to face to digital or virtually mediated interactions – and with this in mind we plan to bring together like minded colleagues and doctoral students interested in how the Web changes the world and how the world changes the Web.
