Ethics and Law in Web Observatories

Overview

EthLawWo (Ethics and Law in Web Observatories) is a project is focused on the development of user-friendly legal Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and an intuitive and adaptable legal and ethical policy for Web Observatories. In terms of legal and ethical deliverables, this comprises:

- Intuitive Legal and Ethical Web Observatory Best Practice Guidelines that can be readily used or adapted by other Web Observatories, and;

- User-friendly England and Wales and Australian T&C’s which would be available for re-use within these jurisdictions, and adaptation in other jurisdictions.
