Tony the cheaper it can be made the better in terms of the
point i was tyring to make.
   i agree that if you are only feeding pages your probably right, but if you
are going to add some of the communication and tracking features i want to have
it is going to be more involved.
   also i want an item by item accounting system so your money can be deposited
and used in the following manner.
   each paper you display costs a dime (definitly not in pdf). of that time 2
cents will go to me as publisher and 8 cents will go to the author.
   becasue in teh electronic world most of the value should go to the creator
and the 80% - 20% royalty becomes reversed.
   this will be gnerate an incentive to write important papers.
it will be very powerful filterning method.
   Actually it night be 5 ccents to the author and 1cent each for the
reviewers. i dont know the transaction formula yet as that is one of the
intersting things to prototype and experiment with.
