Delayed Open Access

Stevan says that 'there's no such thing as Delayed Open Access'. What
nonsense! No one (not Stevan, not a group or declaration) has a monopoly on
terminology, and for most people I talk to, Open Access simply means free
access - immediacy, like the various copyright/reuse conditions sometimes
applied, is an optional extra. Thus the 1m articles freely available from
HighWire publishers alone is a huge contribution to the overall pool of OA
(i.e. freely accessible) content, in its definitive, finally published form.
