Has anyone got any idea as to how to make this trend (efforts by ISI and
Scopus) grow?

Is competition between the two companies sufficient to ensure achieving
the needed goal?

Is there a way to go faster and reach wider circles?

Perhaps a new list to discuss issues for those who are interested?

Best,

Jean-Claude
