Nothing much seems to have changed in this new version. It still 
keeps misrepresenting Green OA self-archiving as if it were 
unrefereed self-publishing rather than the self-archiving of 
refereed journal articles. Wishing it were so does not make it 
so. The prior critiques of Joe's position continue to be valid -- 
and to be overlooked by Joe:
