OA Week Mandate Challenge URL Correction

With apologies, the correct URL for the OA Mandate Challenge is
http://www.openaccessweek.org/events/oa-mandate-adoption-challenge
rather than
XX http://www.openaccessweek.org/events/oa-mandate-adoption-challenge-1
because of a software error.

Please use the first URL, without the -1 at the end, not the second, otherwise the software just takes you to an error page.
