All copying is subject to the regulations and material will only be copied if no damage to the original will result.
How material can be copied
Copies of single sheet material can be provided as paper copies or scans as well as photographs or microfilm. Photographs can be scanned, photographed or microfilmed. For preservation reasons, bound volumes. cannot be copied or scanned: such material has to be photographed or microfilmed
Prices of copies
1. Paper copies (black and white) A4 or A3
Minimum charge of £2.50 for up to 4 copies.
50p per sheet up to a maximum of 50; thereafter copies may be supplied in another format at our discretion.
2. Scans (colour) delivered on CD
£2.50 for first image; £2.00 for subsequent images
3. Microfilming
£10.00 minimum charge for up to 20 frames
50p per frame in bands of 25 frames up to 100; grouped in bands of 50 frames from 101 frames upwards.
4. Digital photography
Jpeg 72 dpi(Low resolution small file size) delivered by email only: screen viewing only not suitable for printing

Tiff (High resolution, large file size)

£10.00 for first image; £4.00 for subsequent images
Printed on photo quality paper
A5: £10.00 first image; £4.00 for subsequent images
A4: £10.00 first image; £6.00 for subsequent images
