Career Destinations works with regional, national and international employers to assist students and graduates in finding work experience and employment and to help employers meet their graduate recruitment needs. Career Destinations is used by more than 60% of Southampton students, with over 75% rating our services as good or excellent. Our online vacancy database is used by more than 2,000 employers to advertise their positions.

Making the most of our services:
- Register with Career Destinations to receive regular updates and information about forthcoming events and new services for employers
- Ensure that we have the correct recruitment contact details for your organisation
- Advise us of your plans for campus events as early as possible so that we can market your visit to students
- Organise a meeting with our team at least once a year to ensure that we understand the graduate opportunities on offer in your organisation
