Career Fairs

Throughout each academic year, Career Destinations arranges a range of Career Fairs open to all students. These events are free of charge for students and alumni to attend.  They offer a unique opportunity for students and employers to meet face to face.

Most Fairs are aimed at penultimate and final year students and graduates who are interested in a graduate career, but are also open to first and second years who want to get ahead of the game with their career planning.

Exhibitors advise students on their graduate vacancies and their summer placement / internship schemes, many will be interested in talking to students from any discipline. There will also be the opportunity to get your CV checked at the bookable CV Clinics at the Fairs, before you hand them to your potential employer.

We also organise 1hour long 'Prepare for the Fair' sessions in the weeks running up to each Fair, which are hosted by top Graduate Recruiters offering advice, hints and tips on how to present yourself to an employer, questions to ask and how to research your preferred organisation. Keep an eye out on the Student Portal for all the information.
