Agresso

Agresso is the computing software used to record all financial transactions undertaken by the University of Southampton. It replaced Prophecy in September 2007.


The system is accessed via two formats.

  • Agresso Smart Client which is aimed at staff who work in the Finance Department or whose main function within a School or Professional Service is finance. It is accessed via software installed on your PC.
  • Agresso Self-Service which is aimed at staff whose principal role is not finance. It is easily accessible through any standard web browser, even from outside the University, and doesn't require special software.
