Research interests

My research primarily focuses on big data analysis/molecular phenotyping and the identification of diagnostic/prognostic markers for cancers using large scale ‘omics data with accompanying clinical data. My research includes using publicly available ‘omics data, generating proteomic/transcriptomic data, creating gene/protein expression networks, pathway analysis and machine learning. I employ existing and novel techniques to explore data with depth and breadth which might otherwise be difficult to obtain using classical methods.
