The University of Southampton’s Doctoral College has sought to investigate postgraduate research (PGR) students’ perceptions of the PGR research community.
This research has been completed in collaboration with Natasha Palmer - one of the Doctoral College’s PGR Student Partners - as part of ongoing work to improve PGR research culture and community.
This report summarises the key themes and findings following student and staff stakeholder engagement meetings. Interviews identified current activity and suggestions for improving PGR community at the local level.
