"At the core of all our provision now is a series of modules that will be delivered by the ESRC Doctoral Research Centre and the Education School here in ways that give students a chance to learn from the best tutors and in a rich interdisciplinary environment.
"These modules sit alongside a range of optional modules addressing applied educational research contexts so that students can opt for mixed methods or quantitative methods pathways, or for the professionally oriented Education Doctorate. Our aim is to combine ESRC recognised excellence with the flexibility for students to tailor a programme to best fit their needs and interests.”
