Developing a meta-analysis of whole-school improvement strategies Seminar

In this seminar we will introduce meta-analysis methodology as a means of synthesising (quantitative) studies. We will illustrate the methods by looking at the design of a project analysing approaches to school improvement and whole-school reform which is currently being undertaken by the presenter. We will look at both the advantages and pitfalls of the methodology through this example, and highlight the decision-making processes involved
