The University is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of all Standard Specifications used across construction, maintenance, and refurbishment projects. As each specification is updated and approved, it will be made available and linked below.
In the meantime, the following Sustainable Building Design Standards remain in place and must be applied to all relevant projects. These documents set out the minimum sustainability requirements and outline the reporting process for monitoring compliance:
