What happens next?

• Click the HelpMe! Application button above – you will be redirected to a Knowledge Base articel where you will be asked to log in.
• Click on the HelpMe! Support Application attachment
• You will be asked to open or save a file. Either click on Run (or Open) or, if that is not possible, save the file and run it once it is downloaded.
• The HelpMe! application will appear. Your support agent will ask you for some of the details it presents to you.

Please note: This application is currently testing. It is only designed for University of Southampton Windows PCs. DO NOT DOWNLOAD TO ANY OTHER DEVICE
