Natalia Zdulska BA French and Politics

Hi, I'm Natalia Zdulska and I studied BA French and Politics within Humanities at the University of Southampton.

My course is very interesting and challenging. All the lecturers are very helpful and friendly.

Natalia is from Poland and came to Southampton to study for an undergraduate degree in French and Politics.

My experience

I really enjoy studying at Southampton. I did not expect to have so much free time. Currently, I have two or three lectures a day. However, there is a lot of independent work and research to be done. My course is very interesting and challenging. For my French classes, I have not only studied French language but also various aspects related to France and the French culture. I have learned about the French politics, economy and culture. All the lecturers are very helpful and friendly. Living in Connaught halls of residence has been an amazing experience.

Experiences of university life

Southampton is such a great town with a very busy nightlife. There are many societies and sports clubs which you can join and meet many new friends. Although I am far away from home and couldn't go home for the entire first term, I really am enjoying my student life in Southampton!
