On Thursday 10th May 2012, the Macmillan Survivorship Research Group celebrated recruiting over 1000 colorectal cancer patients into our CREW cohort study.
CREW is exploring recovery of health and well-being following primary treatment of colorectal cancer in the first two years after surgery.
14 of our 30 recruiting centres were present on the day, alongside representatives from Macmillan Cancer Support, the University of Southampton, our Research Partners and many more.
The aim of the day was to debrief with the recruiting centres and get feedback on the process, which will inform furture MSRG studies.
