The Gender and Inequalities (GAIN) Centre invites PhD and Postdoctoral researchers in the School of Economic, Social and Political Science to submit papers for our upcoming GAIN Workshop on Gender and Inequality, to be held on Tuesday 9th December, 10:00am–12:00pm in Building 100, Room 7013.

This workshop offers an informal and supportive space for early-career researchers to present work-in-progress, receive constructive feedback, and engage in discussion with peers working across disciplines on themes related to gender and inequality. Participants will also have the option to circulate their papers in advance for more detailed feedback.

We welcome submissions on any topic relating to gender and inequality, broadly defined.
Please send a title and abstract (max 250 words) to GAIN@soton.ac.uk by 14th November 2025.
