To conclude this years Science and Engineering Week cycling legend Chris Boardman will be coming on campus to give a public lecture: The Science Behind Cycling.

From unemployed carpenter to the top step of the Podium, Chris Boardman shares a personal journey, highlighting eureka moments and introduces some of the fascinating characters that taught him. An interactive light-hearted hour with powerful insight about what makes a high performance team tick. All this is embedded in real life stories from behind the scenes of the most successful cycling squad of all time.
