An update from the medical publishing world...

George Lundberg, former editor of JAMA and now editor of Medscape
(http://www.medscape.com/) has issued a challenge to the medical
publishers to follow the lead of the British Medical Journal
(http://www.bmj.com/) and publish their contents freely on the web.

Ironically enough, the American Medical Publishers' Association has
issued a "white paper" that, well, does not agree with this approach.
