LEiRs Seminar – Effective outcomes for major projects

’Can we client better?’ That was the thought-provoking question posed during our lunchtime seminar led by Emma-Jane Houghton FICE. The event was part of our Leaders and Entrepreneurs in Residence seminar series.

This engaging discussion explored how clients can drive more effective outcomes for major projects. Emma-Jane delved into the current client model’s effectiveness in delivering outcomes and benefits in complex projects.

The seminar not only shared key insights but also invited participants to contribute their own perspectives, fuelling the ongoing research.
