Amanda Beable Joins University of Southampton Business School as New Leader in Residence

The University of Southampton Business School welcomes Amanda Beable, Head of Transformation & Business Services at Hampshire County Council to the team of our Leaders and Entrepreneurs in Residence (LEiR).

With extensive experience in strategic, program, and operational leadership, Amanda excels in transforming teams and driving efficiency. Her collaborative and purpose-oriented leadership style has led to significant improvements in customer service, employee retention, and budget management. Amanda is adept at creating innovative strategies to solve complex problems and translating them into actionable programs. Her commercial acumen, developed through roles in energy trading and entrepreneurship, complements her ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
