Love Your Place workshop: A fantastic start

Last week, we were excited to host our first ‘Love Your Place’ workshop at the Future Towns Innovation Hub. The workshop had two key objectives:

• Launch our new online platform – a dedicated online community that mirrors our physical space at Southampton Science Park.
• Bring place leaders together – to co-develop projects that address place-based challenges and foster collaboration with the university.

It was an inspiring day, filled with energy and enthusiasm, showcasing the passion of our guests to tackle place-based projects and create impactful solutions together.

We designed this workshop as the start of a collaborative journey, where the Future Towns Innovation Hub will provide ongoing support to help drive projects forward.

Our new platform will host these projects, giving members the opportunity to:

• Learn more about each initiative
• Vote for their favourites
• Contribute solutions to real-world challenges
