New to the University support

Starting a new job can be daunting, and a comprehensive induction process is essential for ensuring a smooth transition into a role.

All new members of staff, and those moving into new posts within the University, can expect a period of planned induction arranged by their Academic Unit or Professional Service. This induction should be tailored to your needs and the needs of the role. If your local induction has not begun, please speak to your manager in the first instance.
