16/01 Halls of Residence and Bouldering Closures

To all our customers, please be aware that on Thursday the 16th of January, our Leisure Management System will be down for a planned update between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00.

During this period, unmanned sites including the bouldering wall at Highfield, and the gyms at Glen Eyre and Connaught Halls will be closed. Customers will still be able to access the gym at Jubilee Sports Centre, Mayflower Gym, and Wide Lane. In addition, customers will be unable to access the Connect online booking system.

We have been looking at updating our Leisure Management System for some time now, and we are pleased to announce that we are not far off from accomplishing this. An updated system will allow customers to book and pay for any courts, classes, and courses directly through our online systems. Performance will be streamlined significantly and customers will be able to update and input their information manually.
We are looking at installing this new system by the end of May. Please stay tuned for further updates.
