Welcome to Sport and Wellbeing within the University of Southampton. Our programme of activities, along with our outstanding facilities, enables you to make lifestyle choices to enhance your wellbeing through offering a comprehensive range of courses and classes to suit your specific needs, including watersports, swimming and fitness.

Three terms a year, Jubilee Swimming Academy is available for children aged 4 - 15, no matter their current skill level!

The University of Southampton Watersports Centre offers a wide range of Royal Yachting Assocation (RYA) and British Canoeing (BC) approved Watersports course
Sport and Wellbeing Members can book classes and courts online, although we highly recommend downloading our application (UoS Sport).
Why not book and try Rifle Shooting at the Watersports Centre? We run hour long sessions on Wednesdays between 17:00 and 18:00
Our 25 metre swimming pool has 6 lanes and spans depths of 1 to 2 metres. Used for lessons, clubs and general swimming there is something here for everyone to enjoy - whatever your skill level.
