I feel I'm being ignored, sidelined or even bullied. The advice is to raise this first with my PI - but they are part of the problem.
Because I am pregnant, I am being told that I can't continue with lab work, or even climb a ladder! This will jeopardise my involvement in the project. Are these rules enforcable?
