Dr Sandrine Willaime-Morawek

Stem cells

Sandrine leads a group that investigates the role of the environment on stem cells in the developing, adult or pathological brain. One of the research projects is centred on the study of the ADAMs in neural stem cells and brain tumour stem cells, and their role on cell proliferation and migration. Another research project looks at the role of maternal diet on the regulation of the offspring neural stem cells.
