Louise Stanton is a Principal Medical Statistician with over 20 years experience. She co-leads the statistics team at Southampton Clinical Trials Unit (SCTU) and is the Scientific Lead for Lymphoma.
Provides statistical leadership and oversight for all trials within SCTU plus scientific lead for all Lymphoma trials within SCTU (oversight of design and delivery). Member of the SCTU senior management team. Co-applicant on numerous trial grants. Member of CRUK's Expert Review Panel.

Co-Head of Statistics team / Principal Statistician / Scientific Lead for Lymphoma at Southampton Clinical Trials Unit (SCTU).
Provides statistical leadership and oversight for all trials within SCTU plus scientific lead for all Lymphoma trials within SCTU (oversight of design and delivery).
Louise Stanton is co-head of the Statistics Group at the SCTU. Co-applicant on numerous NIHR and CR-UK funded trial grants. Author on a number of publications including primary trial publications (NEW EPOC, STOPAH, POSH, COAST, ATAFUTI, HIP OP, COPPI, REMODLB, ICE, WIN, SABRE) as well as methodological publications (predicting recruitment, predictors of success in grant applications, treatment success and equipoise, meta-analysis, carbon emissions in trials, clinical trial metadata).
Sit on the SCTU Senior Management Group. Develop grant applications for new trials, standarding operating procedures. Supervising statistician on a number of trials.
Member of CRUK’s Expert Review Panel. Member of National Cancer Research Institute Lymphoma Research Group. Independent member of TSCs and numerous IDMC.
