About
Dr Hang Do is a Programme Director of MSc in International Entrepreneurship and Management and Senior Teaching Fellow in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship within Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton. She is also the UG Senior Tutor for the programmes BSc in Entrepreneurship, and BSc in Business Management, and the Study Abroad Coordinator at the Business School.
She currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development. Her research has been published at international journals such as the International Review of Entrepreneurship, International Journal of Innovation Management, European Journal of Innovation Management. Her research interests are in the areas of SME internationalisation, entrepreneurial orientation, innovation management, firm performance, strategic management of SMEs and corporate social responsibility.

1. Global value chain of SMEs
2. Technological foresight of SMEs for growth and productivity
3. Entrepreneurial orientation of international SMEs
4. Corporate social responsibility of Vienamese enterprises during the Covid-19.
Hang is the member of Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Research Group, Strategy and Innovation Research Group, Euoprean Academy of Management, European Group for Organisational Studies.

Biography
Dr. Hang Do holds a doctoral degree in Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Her doctoral study was sponsored by the Marie Heim-Vögtlin (MHV) – Swiss National Science Foundation Fund, Switzerland.
Previously, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Small Business Research Centre, Kingston Business School, Kingston University London. She has contributed to secure funding for numerous international and national projects, for example, the EUROFOUND, European Parliament, OECD, Innovate UK, UK Finance, ACCA. She was also awarded with First Grant Scheme (principal investigator) and the Global Challenge Research Fund (co-investigator) by Kingston University London. Before joining Kingston, she was a associate researcher at the Swiss Research Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (KMU), University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
