Accommodation for the current academic session (2009/10) - Students, Scholars and Staff
Depending on availability we may be able to offer accommodation part-way through the academic year to students, scholars or staff visiting the University. We are normally able to accept applications for this activity from December until August. Please view our Accommodation in the Current Year section for more information.
Accommodation for 2010/11 academic session – Current Students
The online application form for current students to apply for accommodation is now available. The application deadline is 29th January 2010. If you are interested in applying for Halls of Residence accommodation for the academic session 2010/11, please visit www.onlineaccommodation.soton.ac.uk to submit an application before the 29th January 2010. We will advise all applicants whether their request has been sucessful as soon as possible - we envisage this to be in February 2010. For more information please see Information for Current Students.
Accommodation for the 2010/11 academic session - New Students
From the start of February 2010, we will be accepting online applications from new students for the coming academic year 2010/11. You will be able to apply online using your University of Southampton Student ID number, via the website www.onlineaccommodation.soton.ac.uk. You will receive your student ID number along with your offer of study; if you have not received this, please contact your school of study here at the University – details can be found via http://www.soton.ac.uk/about/academicschools/index.html. Please view the application guide, to the right of this page, for details on how to complete the online application form. Please note that you must submit your application for accommodation by the deadline of the 1st August 2010 to be covered by the accommodation guarantee.
