Reporting a Fault

Students who are resident in

  • Glen Eyre Halls Complex
  • Wessex Lane Hall Complex

Should report any faults or maintenance requests to reception where a member of staff will complete a requisition form and inform you of the approximate date when works will be carried out.

In accordance with the Hall Regulations we will not enter a student's room without their consent unless in an emergency.

Therefore, students will be required to sign a consent form in reception if they do not require to be present when work is being carried out in their room.
