Choose your halls of residence

We are no longer taking applications for accommodation for 2026 entry.

We offer a range of room types across our halls of residence. When you apply for accommodation, you can select 5 to 7 room preferences.

  • All rooms are single-occupancy bedrooms within shared flats, with a communal kitchen area.
  • Halls include shared spaces such as social areas and laundry facilities (with some also having gyms and leisure facilities).
  • Accommodation prices are shown per week.

All University of Southampton halls are UUK Student accommodation code of practice-accredited. Our private accommodation partners, Capital House (Canvas), Lucia Foster Welch (Every Student), Orion Point (Unite Students), and Southampton Crossings (Host) signed up to the ANUK Code (National code for assured accommodation).
